1 Assignments
Welcome
to the 26 week FAMEE consultant implementation training.
Each
week, you will receive an email with instructions for the
training that week and a web page similar to this which will
list the assignments as well. The assignments are designed
to take only 45 minutes to 1 hour total each week to complete.
(This week the orientation may take a little longer.) Please
contact us with any questions or concerns.
READING
ASSIGNMENT
Read the intro and through page 8 of the CUSTOMER PILLARS
book. If you do not have your copy of the book yet, click
here. Review the exercises on pages 1-14 of the workbook.
VIDEO
TRAINING
With this email each week, we will send you a link to a short
training video. You will need to have the FLASH media player
and an audio setup on your computer to listen to these files.
